Custom Window Head Details in Litchfield County.
New window head trim pieces were made out of PVC square stock on site. Pieces were shaped individually with routers and to match the profiles of the existing trim, then glued and nailed together. Head details were then installed as single pieces on the walls.

Barn Exterior Renovation in Litchfield County.
New windows, site-built custom doors, and board and batten siding were installed.
Exterior Renovation in Litchfield County.
Exterior trim was replaced with new PVC trim. Standing seam metal roofs were installed on the house and barn. The chimney abutting the second story gable wall was rebuilt, including the footing and foundation. A solar system was installed on the barn roof that will provide 100% of the electricity for the house and barn. Half round copper gutters were also installed (gutters not pictured).
Pool Room/Half Bath Conversion in Fairfield County.
An existing storage room attached to the garage was converted into a pool room with a half bath. A patio and outdoor shower were also included as part of this project.
